Portrait of George Isaac Huntingford (1748-1832) mb-code 1237496 was one of the mostHalf length seated portrait of Huntingford in clerical dress and wig, his left hand in the foreground with a ring on the little finger. Cropped with a separately cut inscription pasted on the shared backing sheet: 'GEORGE ISAAC HUNTINGFORD, D. D. F. R. S. Warden of Winchester College, & Lord Bishop of Gloucester[remainder cropped]. Inscribed in pencil lower left '1804'. George Isaac Huntingford was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1804.
