Constructed of a card stock binding with a red oilcloth exterior liner, the interior with 38 paginated interior pages filled with handwritten and stamped entries, retaining paid membership due stamps (many of which have detached but are retained within the booklet), featuring a certified and original studio portrait of the bearer, measuring 10. 5 cm (w) x 13. 5 cm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue to the exterior, in
