Homok 2025 Fruity A little fizziness upon openingThe Homok from Koppitsch is made from a variety of white grapes growing on sandy soil. Homok means sand in Hungarian not surprisingly the Austrian vineyard is located right at the Hungarian border at Lake Neusiedl. As its title suggests, this line from Alex and Maria focuses on the characteristics of the terroir. The cloudy juice is light, fresh and has lovely summery notes. Pineapple, lime, mint and elderflower, light in alcohol, super delicious.
