In bronze, presenting a nurse and doctor attending to an individual, surrounded by the inscription CRUZ ROJA ESPANOLA PERSEVERANCIA FORTALEZA, the reverse presents a cross with bees in each quadrant and flame in front with crown on top, surrounded by the inscription PREMIO A LA CONSTANCIA, measures 29. 9mm (w) x 34. 5mm (h
