A Royal Navy (Rn) Petty Officer's Cap Badge Hold marked on pin 65 (KleinRed embroidery on a black wool base, padded, black cloth backer, illustrating a fouled anchor inside a circle and topped by the Tudor crown, 42 mm x 72 mm, glue residue evident on the reverse from previous board mounting, edge wear on the backer, lightly soiled, fine.
