Dion PETillant NATurel Alcohol Free hint of cinnamon and plumGeorg Schmelzers white Pet Nat, the Dion, is a cuve of Welschriesling (80%) and Smling. Bottle fermented and no sulphites added, it has a fresh and elegant style, a hint of smokiness and herbal notes. Green apple, mint and grapefruit. The Pannonian microclimate of Burgenland and the sandy soil contributes to its fine, pleasant acidity.
