In silver, a red and white enamelled cross, obverse central medallion featuring a superimposed red cross on a white field, encircled by a red ring inscribed PATRIAE AC HUMANITATI, a green enamelled wreath lays across the arms, the reverse medallion features the dates 1864 1914, worn on original trifold ribbon, measures 36. 8 mm (w) x 48. 6 mm (h), enamel loss to green
