A beautiful and rare decoration, comprising a five pointed red enameled Gold star, obverse coat of arms of Sicily, Trinacria, surrounded by an enameled blue border with the inscription JOSE NAPOLE SICILI REX INSTI, the reverse medallion featuring a prancing horse surrounded by an enameled blue border inscribed PRO RENOVATA PATRIA, with a large surmounting eagle featuring delicately etched feathers,
