F. Rothe, Vienna, the badge with a four piece construction that includes two white and blue enamelled miniature Orders of St. Sylvester, one on the shield and another smaller one on the knight's breast, the badge measuring 37. 5 mm x 45 mm with a slider on its reverse, the chain consisting of fourteen links, six representing the Order of St. Sylvester and eight representing
