The document states that the signer voluntarily enlists for 4 years of service in the Luftwaffe, for 12 years if found eligible for service as an NCO. The document is dated to Klagenfurt (Austria) on July 14, 1939 and signed by a man named Franz Kreiger or Kraiger. A second signature is giving by his father, also named Franz, due to his son
