which is a blend of Blanco and an Extra Añejo aged from 3 to 4 years in used bourbon barrels
we added heaps of California tangerine and Italian Moro and Tarocco blood orange to this orange behemoth during fermentation to really make it sing
the second peated whisky we have used comes from the Isle of Skye
