An exceptionally well-preserved Police Officer’s degen
There are a series of ten eyelets on either side on the lower leg
Fabricated from a fine dark gray wool with a fold down flap
to becoming the first pilot to work for the newly-formed Trans Canada Airlines (now Air Canada) in 1937
The medal was designed by the Lithuanian sculptor Juozas Zikaras and manufactured by Huguenin Frères at Le Locle in Switzerland

Constructed of carmine wool with a buckram core, trimmed with white piping, featuring a blank obverse consistent with a rank of SA Mann, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), demonstrating a small spot of fatigue to the obverse wool, in near extremely fine condition.
