Il vino che non c'è - Orange Amphora Wines We would consider the RoséIl vino che non c from Poderi Cellario is an orange cuve of local grapes coming from recovered old vines. The wine macerated for a couple of months in clay amphoras and gained some tasty exotic flavours like papaya and mango. Also clementine, orange, medlar fruit and some herbaceous notes.
