Germany, Ordnungspolizei. An Officer’s Dress Sword, by Peter Daniel Krebs Auction Archive 26 mm (w) x 51(Polizei Degen fr Fhrer). A very well preserved Ordnungspolizei Officers dress sword, measuring 96 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 79 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade retaining factory original sharpening to both the tip and lower edge. A fuller runs approximately two thirds of the top edge of each side of the blade. The reverse ricasso bears a makers mark of PET. DAN. KREBS, SOLINGEN, circumscribing the
