Revolution Pink Solera NV Craziness 3 ensuring its richness and complexityThe Revolution Pink Solera from Johannes Zillinger is a mix of 3 grape varieties: Rsler (50%), Syrah (40%) and St. Laurent (10%). The Rsler was fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured in barrels, the Syrah spent time in barrels and the St. Laurent was made with a unique solera system (different vintages put together year after year). The result is a fresh and summery ros, aromas of sour cherries, ribes and yogurt.
