A Pre 1914 Bavarian Belt Buckle C.1880-1890 Newly Listed Adolphus Magnus Dux Luxembourgi NassoviaDuxBuckle in brass, with nickel silver face plate affixed, unmarked, 64mm x 52mm, in worn condition, with small bumps to a face plate, circa 1880 1890 period manufacture. Bavarian buckles are similar to Prussian in construction and appearance, except Bavarian had motto "In Treue Fest" (as opposed to Prussian motto Gott mit Uns.
