Of local manufacture with Russian influences, in silver gilt consisting of eight multi rayed arms, centre applique with blue enamelled script cartouche denoting issue for non Muslim, large decorative dark red enamelled surround, reverse with single central screw post, Russian style wing nut also in silver gilt, measuring 88 mm (w) x 83 mm (h), weighing 111. 6 grams, with minor enamel wear, toned, very fine.
