Of French manufacture, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central depiction of St. George slaying a dragon, the reverse bearing a central Cyrillic monogram of St. George ( SG), the six oclock arm bearing a grade of 4 (IV CLASS), the three and nine oclock arms bearing an award number of 126870, measures 33. 93 mm (w) x 40. 28 mm (h), weighs 16. 16 grams (including ribbon), marked
