Paolo Bea - Rosso de Veo 2011 Biodynamic Certified Wines The big white egret –The Rosso de Veo from Paolo Bea is an elegant, full bodied, mature Sagrantino with big tannins. Warm spices, cinnamon and cloves on the palate. The vines are growing on 1300 1500 m above sea level. It was aged for 49 months in old Slovenian barrels.
