In silver gilt, an oval medallion with clusters of three enamelled cherry blossoms forming the four points of a star, center obverse presenting an ancient Japanese Imperial Crown on an blue enamelled background, reverse plain. There is a green and white enamelled peony suspension wreath denoting II class. The decoration is accompanied by a
