PLANTERAY RUM ISLE OF FIJI 750ML Oregon Wine It’s how Jack Daniel himselfPlanteray Rum Isle of Fiji is made with Fijian sugarcane that thrives in this terroirs volcanic soil and some of the purest waters on earth. All this sugarcane is cut by hand using traditional techniques, then turned to molasses at the local mill in Lautoka town. The ode to the beauty and traditions of the Fiji Islands is double aged: first in Fiji in ex bourbon casks, then traveling by sea (what we like to call dynamic ageing) before arriving in
