Constructed of red cotton, bearing a double sided white cotton disc measuring 12 cm in diameter, in turn overlaid by dyed black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel through which is inserted a magnetic steel pole topped by a mobile swastika finial, unmarked, measuring 25 cm (w) x 17 cm (h), with some soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition.
