Bulgaria, Kingdom. A Military Order Of Bravery, Miniature Archive Iron Cross First Class 1939( ). Instituted in 1880. Two piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, number impressed "10916" and city maker marked "" (Sofia) on the reverse, measuring 26. 7 mm (w) x 26. 8 mm (h), screwback, chipping evident in the red enamels on the shield, otherwise the enamels are intact, very fine. Footnote: The Military Order for Bravery was instituted on January 1, 1880 by Tsar Alexander I.
