In 18K Gold, the badge of the order consists of a Maltese Cross in white and blue enamels with ball finials, Gold laurel wreaths in each quadrant, obverse center in silver with crowned Dutch Lion on a background on blue enamels with gold pattern, surrounded by white enamel with the motto JE MAINTIENDRAI, reverse center with stylized "W" for Queen Wilhelmina,
