Of multi piece construction, crafted out of silver and consisting of a seven pointed multi rayed star, each of the arms with multiple faceted rays, and with a crescent moon and star in between each arm, the obverse with a gilded silver centerpiece showing the Sultan Abdul Meijids royal cypher surrounded by a Turkish inscription within burgundy enamels, the reverse plain, with two unknown arabic
