A Royal Order Of The Star Of Anjouan, Knight consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Board is approximately 35mm wide(Ordre de l'toile d'Anjouan). Order of the Star of Anjouan, in silver with enamels, reverse plain with boars head mark denoting french manufacture post 1838, suspended from original ribbon, in very fine condition overall. The Ordre de l'toile d'Anjouan has five classes: Grand Croix, Grand Officier, Commandeur, Officier and Chevalier. It was not awarded from the institution of the National Order of Merit on 3 December 1963. It was recreated in 1992 by
