Rezpiral Reina Sanchez Pulquero Mezcal singlecut-beersmiths fruity with hints of maltMezcal 45. 5% ABV Commercial Description: From Lchiguizo. 19 year old Agave Pulquero. Milled by axe, machete, and mechanical mill. Cooked for 10 days in a conical oven fired by mezquite and huamuchil. Fermented for 11 days. Double distillation on a copper alambique. 250 Liters produced in March 2022
