Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended material, bearing double sided white discs overlaid by a black dyed mobile swastika, the hoist edge with a hollow channel through which is looped a rope, unmarked, measuring 30 cm (w) x 20 cm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling throughout, in better than very fine condition.
