Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, the obverse plain, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), demonstrating extensive material fatigue resulting in partial separation of the wool from the core, in addition to the remnant of an adhesive to the reverse consistent with previous display, in fair condition.
