Tatoosh Bourbon Whiskey x210122 The initial taste is quizzicallyBourbon Whiskey 40% ABV Commercial Description: Tatoosh Bourbon is a whiskey produced from a mash bill that is 70% corn, 15% rye, and 15% malted barley. It is distilled at the Bendistillery in Bend Oregon (though this is not indicated on the label) in a hybrid pot column still. The bourbon is aged over 3 years in 47 gallon, new American oak with a char #3. The whiskey is brought down to proof with water from the Cascade Mountains. TASTING NOTES "The
