Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 92 mm in diameter, overlaid by a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, the interior bearing the remnants of a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label, otherwise unmarked, unstitched and measuring 425 mm (l), with age appropriate material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition.
