Hungary, Kingdom. A Rare Gendarmerie Officer’s Field Cap, Child’s Example Archive maker marked WA rare and well preserved Hungarian Gendarmerie cap, custom manufactured for the child of an Officer. It is constructed of an olive drab whipcord wool, and fully surrounded by a decorative side panel which is scalloped toward the front. Two magnetic metal buttons are fastened to the panel just below the peak.
