Germany, Wehrmacht. A German Cross In Gold By C.f. Zimmermann certificate_of_authenticity mounted on a brown wool(Deutsches Kreuz in Gold). Instituted 28 September 1941 by A. H. (Issued 1941 1945). Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, consisting of a double overlaid sunburst pattern with eight points, the center with a black enameled rotated mobile swastika, within a stamped gilded circular wreath impressed with oak leaves, ribbons, and the introduction year 1941, the inner and outer sides of the wreath feature a thin red enameled rings with a gilded core
