Renwick Williams commonly called the Monster Armourers' and Brasiers' Company On the back axle stands'Renwick Williams commonly called the Monster', 1790. A good looking man in cocked hat, holding a knife in his right hand, attacking a woman who is about to enter a house. Renwick Williams had been assaulting women in the streets for several months before his arrest in June 1790. He was tried at the Old Bailey on 7th July 1790.
