Attached to the heart shaped, top gem is a dangling heart shaped, clear cz gem that measures about 3mm. It is made with ASTM F 136 titanium. It has a wearable area of 3 8" (10mm). The threadless push pin closure is secured with a 4mm heart shaped, clear cz gem on top. Sold individually (1pc).
