The suspenders are sewn with an "X" in the back and have  two (2) metal clips at the front and two (2) at the back

Medium (ages 3 - 9yrs) - sizing measures approximately 2 1/4"W x 3 3/4"L with an adjustable neck band and buckle style closure and extends to approximately 15-16"
